After several tries over the last year, we finally have been able to hold another Safety Training Day.  Duncanville Church of Christ was very generous to allow us use of the parking lot and a classroom for conduction our training day.

We had 18 show up for the day, which considering the predicted high was 103, was a great turnout.  It was very hot, but we had a little shade and plenty of water, so everyone did well and nobody got sick.....................at least at the church, I don't know how anyone felt by the time they got home.

The training itself was very successful as everyone was able to hone their skills and several got to try out the course on a new bike than they had used in the past.  Debbie Grisham showed up as a brand new rider on her Honda Rebel, and really did improve her abilities during the training.

We will plan on having another training day somewhere around the end of September, when hopefully it is much, much cooler.
