APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

If you would like to join there are two applications you will need to fill out, one is for our local Chapter Texas 21, and the other is for International. You can fill out the Texas 21 application on line, and then click on "Submit" at the bottom to send it electronically or you can print it out and mail it with the International application. You will need to print out the International application and then fill it out by hand, then mail it to us. Sorry but, this application is not available online at this time.

Our membership dues are $43.00 per year and that includes both Local and International dues. These dues are prorated on a monthly basis. We now accept PayPal for our membership fees or you can mail cash, check or money order to us. If you don't have a PayPal account, no problem! We are set up for 1 time purchases also through PayPal.

If you choose not to use PayPal, just mail in the appropriate amount
of dues along with your International application to:
